It’s a great day. A REALLY great day.
As of 2:15 p.m., I am three drains lighter. It’s amazing how much better I feel.
I can’t WAIT to sleep for 7-8 uninterrupted hours tonight.

On Wednesday, it will be three weeks since surgery. That milestone has been pretty implanted on my mind.
Why? Because my doctor doesn’t like to keep surgical drains near implants in past this day.
Today, I am at Day 10 post surgery.
First of all, I want to thank each and every one of you who rooted me on pre-surgery and has sent me well wishes in many different forms post surgery. You all mean the world to me, and each and every one of your messages means the world to me. I actually keep screenshots of all of them. I know. I’m a nerd.
Jenny looked up today and said …
There always has to be a bad day after these surgeries.
She wasn’t talking about today. She was talking about Sunday — Day 4.
It’s always something.
We’ll fast-forward to the end. This is how Jenny is resting this evening.
Jenny hurts pretty much everywhere.
She had surgery on one side of her back, so it hurts there. And on the other side of her back, she’s having pain where they “didn’t operate.” The nurses think it has something to do with the drains. The doctors say it might be muscle spasms. (It’s not muscle spasms.)
