On July 3 — at Jenny’s last chemo treatment — Dr. Razaq came to see her while she was hooked up on the infusion clinic. Jenny’s only question that day was about the port.

Pre-Radiation CT Scan
Today I got my CT scan in preparation for radiation. Basically, they do a CT scan to map out where all of the radiation beams (technical term!) should hit.

I made it through the hardest part.
When I started at the end of March, I said out loud numerous times, “July 3 isn’t THAT far away. It will go quick.”
I said it, but I didn’t REALLY believe it.
